"Delivery was kind of unreliable"
I ordered coffee from coffee.org, and the delivery ended up taking quite a bit longer than they’d said it would. The tracking didn’t really update much, so I eventually had to email them just to get some idea of what was going on. By the time it finally arrived, I’d already gone out and bought coffee somewhere else. The coffee itself might be perfectly fine, but I probably wouldn’t order from them again if I needed it by a certain date.

"Hardly any decaf options"
I was disappointed with the decaf selection. There were barely any choices, and the bags I did get tasted kind of stale. On top of that, I kept having to go through verification over and over, which got really annoying fast. Not a great experience overall.

The coffee is decent for the price. Nothing fancy, but it does the job, and I kind of get the feeling they’re trying to keep things affordable so people actually come back regularly. For what you pay, it’s good value.
"Nice aroma, but the flavor was just okay"
When I opened the bag, the smell was REALLY nice — rich, fresh, and promising. The coffee itself was decent, but the flavor felt a little flat to me, like it was missing some depth. I’d definitely drink it again if I had it around, but I’m not sure I’d be rushing to reorder.

"Fresh, easy coffee refill"
I ordered these when I was running low, and they showed up smelling really fresh right out of the bag, not stale at all. I brewed a pot the next morning and the flavor was solid—maybe a little lighter than what I usually go for, but still smooth and enjoyable. Shipping was fine and the box arrived in good shape. Based on my experience, I’d definitely order again when I need a quick Coffee refill.

The discount codes can be nice when they actually work, but the checkout promos were a little frustrating. It felt like the rules kept changing right when I was ready to pay, like the goalposts were moving on what qualified. The coffee itself was okay, nothing bad, but not amazing either. Shipping also took longer than I expected, so overall it was just an average experience.

"Good coffee, but the packaging really needs help"
I ordered two bags from Coffee, and while I was excited to try them, the package looked rough when it arrived. I don’t mean just a little dented either, the box felt thin and kind of flimsy, like it wasn’t really strong enough to protect coffee bags during shipping.
One of the bags had a small tear near the seal, and there were loose grounds inside the box. It wasn’t a huge mess, but enough that I noticed right away and had to check both bags to make sure nothing was seriously damaged. It just made the whole order feel less fresh and less taken care of than I expected.
The actual coffee seems fine so far, so I don’t really have a complaint about the taste itself. But the packaging definitely needs work, because if the bag tears in transit, that kind of defeats the purpose of ordering good coffee online. I’d probably hesitate to order again unless they improve how they pack and ship it.

The coffee was totally fine once it arrived, but the shipping took longer than I expected. The tracking didn’t really update for a few days, so I can see how other customers might feel a little unsure about what’s going on. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, just on the slower side. I’d probably order again, but only if I’m not in a hurry.

"Checkout was easy, which was nice"
I used coffee.org and the checkout was, smooth for me. I found the stuff I wanted, put it in the cart, and the cart actually updated like it was supposed to, so that was good. Payment went through without doing any weird error thing, which I always kind of expect now. The shipping info was clear enough too, not confusing or anything. It only took a few minutes, and I appreciate when a site just works normal like that. Nothing super special, but in a good way.

"Decent coffee, slower support than expected"
The coffee itself was fine, no real complaints there. The thing I noticed was the customer service pattern, I’d send a message, then it would take longer than I expected to hear back. They did eventually help me and everything got sorted, but the back-and-forth felt a bit slow. Overall, not a bad experience, just not especially quick on the support side.

"Refill turned into a whole thing"
I’m probably overthinking it, but reordering was way more of a hassle than I expected. I thought my subscription was already set up, then suddenly I’m clicking through pages, checking details again, wondering if I changed the coffee or the timing or if the site did. Maybe it’s fine once you figure it out, but I just wanted more coffee to show up, not a mini admin task. After getting annoyed with it, I ended up cancelling.

Got my order and it was exactly right, which was nice. No missing stuff, no weird mix-ups, and I was just glad it all showed up how it was supposed to. So yeah, no issues this time.

"They Totally Ruined This Roast"
I’m annoyed with this one. The beans tasted burnt, like someone pushed the roast way too far and just shipped them anyway. There wasn’t much flavor either, just kind of flat and disappointing. I expected way better

"Gift options were kind of a letdown"
I was looking for a nice coffee gift, but the options just felt limited and not really that special. I wanted something that felt a bit more thoughtful, but nothing really stood out. Ended up buying from somewhere else because it just wasn’t giving GIFT-WORTHY.
